Shipping Policy

• At Machine Fitness we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on the same working day. Exceptions include orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday) or UK bank holidays. All orders made on Friday-Sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided on your order when the order has been dispatched. If you have selected a tracked method of shipping your tracking number will also be supplied.
• All orders are dispatched through Royal Mail. On some occasions, alternative methods may be used and you will be notified by Machine Fitness if an alternative method is to be provided.
• All International orders are forwarded on to your National Postal Services once they have been shipped overseas.
  
  Please note we accept no responsibility for any packages that are not received due to customer error, such as inputting the incorrect/incomplete address details. We recommend you review your order when it is placed to ensure the correct details are inputted before submitting your order.

• RM 48 Standard Delivery : 2-3 Working Days

• United Kingdom : Next Day Special Delivery : By 1pm the next working (Order before 12pm for same day dispatch, Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.)
  
  European Tracked: 5-10 Working Days
  European Standard: 7-14 Working Days
  Non-EU Tracked: 5-10 Working Days
  Non-EU Standard: 7-14 Working Days
  South America: On average 2-3 weeks

   Please note: Machine Fitness do not accept responsibility for orders lost in the post when the 'standard' shipping option is chosen. 
  
  Orders placed during the free shipping offer period are only valid on standard shipping methods (48Hr UK, Standard EU, Standard Non-EU). Any increased services selected for free shipping will be downgraded to standard shipping at the time of dispatch.
